The causes of sinus bradycardia include the following:

AV blocking medications (beta-blockers, nondihydropyridine calcium channel blockers, digoxin)
Heightened vagal tone (i.e. well-trained athlete)
Sick sinus syndrome
Hypothyroidism
Hypothermia
Obstructive sleep apnea
Hypoglycemia
